Built by Anglers,
for Anglers

Versatile Baits started the way the best fishing gear always does on the water, chasing a better bite.

When Versatility Matters

One Bait That
Does It All

A simple dare is what started it all.

Every Versatile bait is hand-built in small batches, painted with our proprietary paint schemes only we developed. Tested and tuned before it's boxed. The name says it all: one bait, dialed in to catch everything from a two-pound largemouth to a trophy striper or muskie.

What started as a simple dare has now turned into Versatile Baits in tackle boxes all across the country, throwing fish up on the deck every day. And we still test every color the only way that counts, by going fishing.

What Goes Into Every Bait

No Shortcuts

Hand-Poured

Realistic Paint

Our unique to us paint schemes that are more durable and realistic than before.

Premium Rigged

Mustad® or Gamakatsu® trebles, rotating hangers, and all stainless hardware.

Hand Tuned

Every bait is tested by hand so it hunts the moment you tie it on.

Built on Service.
Backed by Discipline.

Versatile Baits is proudly owned and operated by a member of the military community. The same do-it-right discipline the service demands goes into every bait we pour, paint, and tune — and it's why we build our Military Commemorative Series honoring all five branches.
