Versatile Baits LLC ("Versatile Baits," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and password (stored only in encrypted form — we can't see it).
- Order details: what you buy, your shipping and billing address, and your order history.
- Payment details: payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
- Content you share: catch photos, videos, reviews, profile pictures, and applications to our Pro Staff or Influencer programs.
- How you use the site: pages viewed, items added to your cart, how you found us, the type of device and browser you use, and your approximate location (city or region) based on your internet connection.
How We Use Your Information
- To process, ship, and support your orders, warranty claims, and refunds.
- To run your account, password resets, store credit, gift cards, and referral rewards.
- To send the text messages you've agreed to (see below).
- To run giveaways, our Pro Staff and Influencer programs, and to show content you've given us permission to share.
- To understand what's working on our site, prevent fraud and spam, and keep the site secure.
- To calculate sales tax and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Text Messages
If you opt in, we send texts about your orders and, if you choose, promotions and new drops. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of purchase.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Who We Share Information With
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the store, and only what they need to do their job:
- Payment processors (Stripe and PayPal) to take payments and calculate sales tax.
- Shipping providers (such as USPS and our label service, Shippo) to deliver your order.
- Our print partner (Printful) to make and ship merch orders.
- Our text message provider (Telnyx) to deliver texts.
- Our website host, to store the site and its data securely.
- Government authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights and our customers.
If you buy through a Pro Staff member's or Influencer's code or link, they can see that a sale was made, along with your first name, your state, and what you bought — never your full name, address, email, or phone number.
Your Photos, Videos, and Reviews
Photos and videos you share stay private unless you give us permission to repost them and we approve them. Approved reviews show your chosen display name. You can ask us to remove your content at any time.
Cookies and Similar Technology
We use cookies and your browser's storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart, keep the site secure, remember a partner's or friend's invite link for a limited time, and understand how the site is used. You can clear cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site (like signing in and checkout) won't work without them.
Keeping Your Information Safe
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted passwords, and limited access to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.

- Update your details and text preferences any time in your account.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop messages.

Children
