Processing Time
Every Versatile Bait is handmade, hand-painted, and tank-tested. In-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, not counting holidays).
Holidays, new drops, and the busiest times of the year can add to processing time. If your order will take longer than usual, we'll let you know.
Shipping Cost
We charge a flat shipping rate on every order: $12.00. Your exact shipping cost is always shown before you pay. Gift cards are delivered digitally and never have a shipping charge.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship to the address you enter, and we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.
Tracking
Orders ship by USPS with tracking. Your tracking number appears on your order page in your account, and we'll text it to you if you've turned on order texts. Tracking can take up to a day to start updating after your label is created.
Merch Orders
Shirts and other apparel are printed to order by our print partner and ship separately from your baits, in their own package with their own tracking. Printed items usually take a few extra business days to produce before they ship.
Lost, Late, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are up to the carrier. If your tracking hasn't moved in a week, or it shows delivered and you can't find it, contact us and we'll help you work with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong item, see our Returns & Warranty policy — we'll make it right.
