These terms apply when you use versatilebaits.com or buy from Versatile Baits LLC ("Versatile Baits," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Your Account
You need an account to check out. Keep your login private and your details accurate — you're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or to get around our rules.
Our Products
Every bait is handmade and hand-painted, so colors, patterns, and finishes vary slightly from bait to bait and from the photos — no two are exactly alike. Product availability, prices, and descriptions can change at any time. We do our best to keep everything accurate; if we make a pricing or listing mistake, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
Orders and Payment
Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added where required. We may limit quantities, especially on new drops, and may cancel orders that look fraudulent or break these terms.
Shipping, Returns, and Warranty
Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy. All sales are final; our lifetime warranty against breakage and how to cancel before an order ships are covered in our Returns & Warranty policy.
Discount Codes, Gift Cards, and Store Credit
- Discount codes have their own rules (dates, limits, and what they apply to). Only one discount applies per order, and codes can't be used on gift cards.
- Gift cards never expire, cover products (not shipping), and can't be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Keep your code safe — anyone with it can use it.
- Store credit and referral rewards have no cash value, can't be transferred, and may be removed if the order that earned them is refunded.
Pro Staff, Influencers, and Wholesale
Membership in our Pro Staff, Influencer, and wholesale dealer programs is by approval and can be changed or ended at any time. Partners must clearly disclose their relationship with Versatile Baits when they promote our products. Program rates and benefits are shown in your account and may change going forward.
Giveaways
Giveaways follow their own official rules, shown on the giveaway page.
Content You Share
When you share photos, videos, or reviews, you confirm they're yours and that anyone shown agreed to it. If you give us repost permission, you allow Versatile Baits to show that content on our website and social media with the credit you chose. Don't post anything unlawful, offensive, or that belongs to someone else. We may decline or remove any content.
Our Content
The Versatile Baits name, logo, bait designs, photos, and website content belong to us. Please don't copy or use them without our written permission.
Using the Site
Don't misuse the site — for example, by trying to break into accounts, interfering with how it works, scraping it, or using it for anything illegal.
Fishing Safely
Fishing lures have sharp hooks. Handle them with care, keep them away from children and pets, and follow your local fishing regulations.
Disclaimers and Limits of Liability
Apart from our lifetime warranty, our products and site are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Versatile Baits isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and changes apply to orders placed after that date.
